What is your shipping method and turn around time?
We ship all orders within 2 business days of your purchase using the United States Postal Service. A tracking number will be provided when your order is sent out.
Is your soap organic?
Most of our soap is approximately 90% organic. Please check the ingredient list to find out specifics for each bar.
Do you use any animal products in your soap?
No, never. All our products 100% vegan, but you don't have to be vegan to enjoy our soap.
How do you color your soap?
We use mica, clay, titanium dioxide, and charcoal to color our soap.
How is your soap scented?
Our products are scented with both fragrance and essential oils. Our fragrance oils are all skin safe, phthalate and paraben free, and require no prop 65 notices to residents in the state of CA. We care about the ingredients used on our bodies and know that you do too.
What is the shelf life of a bar of your soap?
We recommend using our soap within a year of your purchase. Some of the soap we have for personal use has been around the house for years and is still fine. However, for the freshest experience, we recommend using yours sooner.
How long does a bar last in the shower?
To extend the life of your soap we ask that you keep your soap dry between uses. Doing this your soap can last between 3 to 5 weeks, depending on your bathtime ritual. Our tendency is to take two different bars in the shower (we like variety) and just leave them in there - do not do as we do. The harder the bar of soap the longer it will last.
Do you have any palm-free soap?
Yes! However, without palm oil, a vegan bar of soap tends to be softer than one containing palm oil. This is why you will find that some of our soap does include organic sustainable palm oil. We care about the environment and the animals potentially harmed in the sourcing of our raw materials. We hope that in the future we will be able to eliminate it completely from our ingredients without sacrificing the quality of our soap.
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us and we will do what we can to remedy your issue. If an item is damaged upon delivery, it must be returned to Blue and Gary for a replacement item, if no replacement is available, a refund may be made.
